When guests come for retreats they are often instructed to find a Spirit Tree here. One that they resonate with. It is beautiful and healing to connect to trees. Over the years, I have formed mutual relationships with many of the trees here at Gaia Muna too. They are some of my best friends.

I've been wearing these particular lesson binding bracelets for quite a long time. (Well, months and months and months.) When I take a student into a mentorship... with me, the student creates a lesson binding bracelet to symbolize their commitment to the lessons and the journey they are beginning. I then make a similar bracelet to remind me of my commitment to them. The bracelets either fall off naturally, or are removed when the teachings are complete. I will be getting some shamanic markings tattooed on my hands, wrists and arms, so I had to remove the bracelets. I removed them in ceremony, with deep mindfulness. Some of my students have completed their journeys with me, some haven't. The bracelets will be remade and tied on as soon as my markings are completed. FURTHER UPDATE: Hi all! Unfortunately the Akashic Ranch is not able to host the workshop due to unforseen circumstances. Fortunately, Gaia Muna Shamanic Retreat Centre (address in link) is the perfect place for this powerful workshop! The only thing that has changed is location. We are in Silver Creek, in the Salmon River Road area. Just over an hour from Kamloops toward Falkland and 30ish minutes from Vernon, also toward Falkland.... The Akashic Ranch is honorable and will refund your tickets!
