Supporting and promoting biodiversity is part of our mission at Gaia Organic Seeds. Staying true to our mission, we had 103 cultivars of garlic growing in our garden this summer. Most people are astounded when they hear that there are many different kinds of garlic. In fact, the garlic world is much more diverse than that and we will continue to add cultivars to our holding. The harvest is now complete, the garlic has been cured, cleaned and graded. Now we are ready to share ...the bounty of the harvest with you. This year we are selling a few cultivars as seed garlic. A couple of cultivars got mixed during processing so we are selling that as culinary garlic. Both can be purchased by the bulb size.
