During times such as the current global situation, mental health is in dire jeopardy. With lockdowns and restrictions, individuals’ access to facilities and modes of destress are limited or entirely revoked. Safe spaces like therapy offices, fitness centres, spas and so on are unable to operate or with strict measures. And during these times, all we can do is hold on to faith and love and understanding that the universe is routing us in the right direction. We are a collectiv...e whole and our energies must work together to overcome these challenges. At Gaia Pura we have been faced with the same challenges as other small business practices but with your support we know that once the smoke clears our services will come in handy to a new world struggling with coping. We will be posting retreat bookings through the website and Facebook once the provincial stay home order of Ontario has been lifted, at this time set to be February 12. We sincerely hope everybody is staying safe and healthy and doing all they can to create resilience in their mind, body and soul. We cannot wait until we see all of you in the new wave of light upon us
