Got that new new!!! Out and about, enjoying this fine-ass warm, November day

I went in not feeling ready, but I embraced the moment and gave it my all! . I am by no means a fitness professional, a gym rat, or a health guru, just someone who enjoys staying fit and having fun while doing it. . I don't have any other reason for booking photo shoots other than to mark another achievement in my life. This time it was to celebrate my first year of being a mom!... . Having gone through transformations before motherhood and experiencing the mindset and discipline it took to become "shoot ready" was a cake walk in comparison. . I have never felt so tested in all aspects of life. Time management, relying on family, finding work/life balance after returning from mat leave and the determination to achieve a goal is amplified to the next degree. . It was tough! I struggled. At no point during my prep was I ever ! So many training days missed, meal prep was basically non-existent, experiencing sleep deprivation with a new baby, getting my feet back under me at work, and the stress as the days drew nearer to my shoot. These were all challenges I had to face and there was no turning back! . Going into my shoot day I realized, there is nothing more I could have done. I gave my all and did my best so I just have to embrace the moment! . When in doubt, improvise! . I had incline dumbell press and lat pull downs as a superset, but the gym was crazy busy. While I was able to grab the lat pull down machine, there were NO benches to be found.
