Beary good evening, Davie the @lumiereyvr @westendbia bear does not mind a little rain the drops on the pedestal mount cause a dance of color from the hundreds of lights the bear and salmon are made out of. For the shot get low and even rest your phone or camera on the pedestal and aim up. I snapped this with the #apsc @nikoncanada #z50 and a wide angle 10-20mm lens to get most of the shot as possible.
