What’s for lunch at your place? Here’s a sneak peak at Ron’s lunch. It’s so easy we wanted to share it with you; Brush warmed Galloping Cows Wild Blueberry Pepper Jelly on Salmon portion, cook at 325 degrees until just done. Internal temperature of 145F (62.7C ), or until the salmon has just become opaque through the thickest part. Serve on a bed of roasted vegetables, or a mixed salad. If you want a thicker amount of glaze on the salmon, apply a second coat of warmed glaz...e using clean utensils on the cooked salmon, just before serving.
