The big day is getting close!!! These are the things you need to know: Check in when you arrive!!... TOONIE TIME ONLIES-Friday 5-9ish and Saturday 8-9:30am. book them when u arrive. This will be casual and we can stay later if u want to stay later. HIGHSTAKESstart time-10:00am Awards and payout to follow. Western attire is not mandatory but we have Cheri Connors -HARTT PHOTOS here all day taking pictures so would love to see western attire for some great action and award photos. Self penning and overflow parking will be in the field directly west of the arena. Come and get parked whenever works for you. 3 PINK FLAMINGOS FOOD TRUCK will be here Saturday morning for 8am with breakfast and will be here all day. However bring your snacks on Friday as there will not be a concession Friday night. Feel free to bring donuts and coffee for everyone tho! The OPEN ABRA ADDED$$ Barrel Race will start at 2pm. 600$ added in the Open and 300$ added in the youth. Entries close Aug 5th noon. I will post the open draw tomorrow night once finalized. 2PM, 4PM and 6PM draws. Unfortunately for this day there will be no open riding in arena between time slots( yet to be written in stone- dependant on time available) We do however have a fantastic outdoor arena to warm up in! RESULTS will be posted Aug 9th. Open and youth payout will be sent by etransfer on Aug 10th and we will make sure everyone gets their prizes!! As social distancing rules still apply we will require rigs to exit the grounds following their runs to accomodate the next group.
