Taxi services have been deemed a necessary service by the Province. At Ganaraska Taxi we know how vitally important it is for our patrons to be able to get around. We are however, going to adjust our hours to reflect the current demand for service. Effective immediately, Ganaraska Taxi will be operational between the hours of 6:00am to 8:00pm. These hours will be Monday to Friday, inclusive. Our drivers will be taking precautions with masks and will disinfect surfaces between... patrons. No one will be allowed to sit in the front passenger seat so that we may practice social distancing as much a possible. And, if you don't need to go out, stay home. For the duration of these emergency measures we are offering a delivery service of pre-paid goods, other than beer and alcohol, within Ward 1 of the municipality for the nominal fee of $10 per delivery. We will continue to monitor the situation and will publish any changes to service that we feel necessary to keep our drivers, patrons and their families safe. Stay well. Your Ganaraska Taxi Team

It’s truly sad but I have been listening to calls regarding impaired drivers all day, ladies and gentlemen it’s very simple DON’T DRIVE IMPAIRED, are you willing to deal with the consequences if and when something happens? #MADDPETERBOROUGH

Just a heads up. We woke up this morning with a serious propane leak. We have just discovered our tank was tampered with around 1:30 am. Someone opened the rele...ase valve and emptied our tanks. Apparently we are the second house this has happened too in two days. Very scary * located in Gardenhill * Please no negative comments. This post was only meant to inform our neighbours. Thank you

*** Announcement *** Unfortunately between 1:10am and 4:30am this morning Olympus Burger was broken into. Our security system was compromised and our cam...era system removed by the bandits. We are working closely with our Police department and we ask if anyone has any information to contact Port Hope Police! Thank you. George
