Thank you so much for your warmly support. Today is the last day of Garden Café on Kent. The café started on Feb 18, 2017 (0218) and ends on today Dec 18, 2018 (1218). Across this couple of summer and winter cycles, many white cold days chill us to the bone right in the cafe (really? yeap...) but on the other hands, numerous joyful moments with you warm the cockles of our hearts as well.... We are pleased that King Yummy Café and Restaurant will continue to serve you at the same location (88 Kent Street, Charlottetown) after our leave. It will probably reopen late this week or in the next week. Onnie and I will stay with the new owner Dr Wang (she was a dentist in mainland China) at least two weeks for the transition. Welcome to visit us and try the new menu! Just sharing a few photos with you this time. More will be shown in the future. They definitely refresh my 'sweet' memory here... Garden Café on Kent and you will be staying deeply in our hearts forever...Love you all! GoodBye and Take Care!

A collaborative snack delivery order was done across 14,000 km flight distance from PEI to Hong Kong (it was definitely the first one but maybe the last one...who knows). PEI-made snacks including traditional Chinese cookies and butter cookies (products of Refresh Corner), and peanut & walnut tart with cinnamon, coconut tarts, and HK style sesame & coconut crispy rolls (our products) were delivered to The Education University of Hong Kong for a student and parent celebration ...event. Just only five minutes, all the snacks were gone... a tear drop was rolling down my cheek at the moment when all snack boxes were found being empty...... (what I felt was touching &...sooo hungry)! Also I was invited to give a one-hour lecture in the event for promoting PEI, our cafe, and essentially the application of healthy and environmental friendly cooking methods in our cafe. The moment was so fantastic. Many tearful memories were coming back, especially the one that ...3 consecutive 3-hour lectures arranging on a single teaching day!

Different foods were tried in Hong Kong. Very yummy! Eating is definitely the best way of learning !
