I hope you all have had a heartfelt weekend with those you care about.

Tomorrow is a Full moon. Take some time to reflect on and write down the things in your life that you are truly ready to release. Once that is done, take 3 deep cleansing breaths. With each breath you take in through your nose see one thing from your list in your mind, then blow that item out through your mouth and show gratitude for it's lessons and release it to the universe, God, spirit or whatever you believe in. Over the next couple of days make a conscious effort to fil...l the space you created by releasing those things with the new things you want to create and invite more of into your life. You are truly blessed, loved and appreciated.

Just a thought. If you are afraid of your young teen girls being approached by older men, have them stop portraying themselves online as older and sexual. You ...know what I mean the whole pouty lips, push up bras, booty shots in short shorts or skirts. Teach them to love themselves and respect their bodies. Teach them not to lie about how old they are to get attention from older men. Teach them that sex in any of the forms is not ok to be discussed or offered in trade for money, favours or objects of any kind. I know I am going to get comments about how men should know better, they should, and I can guarantee your daughter does too. That's why she is hiding the pictures and conversations from you. Start early, talk to them and help them understand their worth. A young girl who isn't shown her with at home will most definitely go looking outside for it. Just so you know, I was that girl and my home wasn't broken, but I didn't realize my worth for a long time, and I made terrible choices. The difference was I owned them. I didn't blame the guy for my choices or my lies. It is my opinion that girls are being allowed to play big girl games too much these days. You can be mad, or you can affect change your choice. Be aware of who is interacting with your children because grooming is subtle, and even if you don't want to believe that it can happen it can. Better to be seen as overprotective and loving than the alternative. Again just my opinion. If you have ever lied about your age to gain attention of someone older when you were a teen post it below. I am curious to see if I was the only one who did. Guess how old I am in this picture.
