Seafood Tart Filling Ingredients: 1-8oz package of cream cheese... 6 tbsp. mayonnaise 1 tbsp chopped green onion tsp oregano 1 tbsp chili sauce (or more to taste) cup mixed, chopped sweet peppers; wrap in paper towel to dry off completely 1 tbsp parsley flakes 1-170gm tin crab meat, well drained 1 cup NL Cold Water Shrimp, thawed and well drained Directions: 1. Melt cream cheese in microwavable safe bowl. 2. Stir in mayonnaise, green onion, oregano, chili sauce, peppers and parsley. Stir until it reaches a smooth consistency. 3. Carefully fold in crab and shrimp until well combined. 4. Combine crushed crackers and melted butter. Spread over dip. 5. Just before serving, bake in 325F oven and heat just until bubbles break around dip edges and crackers are slightly toasted. Serve warm with your favorite cracker or in a Warm Fillo Pastry Shell.

Colemans Garden Demo Seafood Au Gratin Ingredients:... 3 lbs fresh cod without skin 1 onion, thinly sliced lemon, cut in half 1 cup NL Cooked Shrimp, thawed 1 can (170g) Wild Crab meat, drained 3 tbsp butter 3 tbsp flour 2 cups milk 2 tbsp dijon mustard 2 tbsp mayonnaise 1 tsp grated lemon zest cup shredded cheese 1 tsp savory Salt and pepper to taste 1 cup cracker crumbs(I used Vinta Original) 1 tbsp melted butter Fresh or dried parsley Directions: 1. In a medium sized saucepan, scantly cover cod with water. Add onion and lemon. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 min. Carefully, remove cod and onion from water. Set aside. 2. In a medium saucepan, melt butter. Whisk in flour to make a paste. Gradually add and whisk in milk. Add mustard, lemon zest, cup cheese, mayonnaise savory, salt and pepper. Simmer until thickened, constantly whisking to prevent lumping. 3. Mix together cracker crumbs and melted butter. 4. Arrange cooked cod and onion, crabmeat and shrimp in the bottom of a greased 9X9 dish. Carefully pour cheese sauce over fish. Top with cracker crumb mixture. Garnish with parsley. 5. Bake at 350F for 1 hour or until bubbly. 6. Serve with Colemans Fresh Daily Italian Artisan Bread and a fresh green salad. Enjoy, Marian
