View from my window Took 2 days but I got the trampoline ready for action! 6:35pm still light out ... My kids are somewhere outside, hubby almost ready to come home (he’s been pulling some long days, day after day) and here I am enjoying the silence ....listening to the Flaming Lips and meal prepping. The girls loved their after school surprise.

Hey you I know things are weird. Most of my services have moved online - I’ve been working hard to create that space you need. I offer Holistic Nutritional Consulting, Fermentation Workshops and Traditional Foods Classes - online but with a cozy feel atmosphere.... Reach out to me when it feels best for you I’d love to connect with you and be apart of your journey! (I do have spaces upcoming for April/May - for those that want to, responsibility, have a small in person workshop.) FYI Spring is coming! Much love ~Stacey

Sprouts and Kefir On left - spicy lentil crunch (I soooo need to order more crunchy bean mix!) and on right is daikon radish. The radish are super quick! Should be ready tomorrow for harvest. Mmm radish spicy goodness!... Milk kefir - still going strong and we love our 3.25% fuller fat milk. We use this on oatmeal, in SMOOTHIES!!, smoothie pops, in place of buttermilk when baking.....and my youngest still drinks it straight Our go to morning smoothie or aka 1st breakfast: -a ripe banana (or frozen) -frozen fruit (usually strawberry or a 3 blend) -olive oil or avocado -chia seed when we have it -a drop or either lemon or lime YL essential oil (or sometimes ginger) -milk kefir -sometimes plain yogurt What’s on your counter today? ~Stacey

This spider plant is outta control; producing babies and flowering....again! Chlorophytum comosum for ya’ll that are interested in the genus name. Just the green one; not the variegated variety. Good for ridding air of indoor pollutants and is native to South Africa. ... This plant is easy to grow and great for beginner indoor hobby gardeners Love the runners- even when they entrap us when we walk under Let’s see your spider plants - comment below with your pics! ~Stacey
