Using Sound Resonance Therapy, Samantha Sawatzky & Jordan Voth take you on a journey to complete relaxation. This method of sound healing is known for relieving stress & anxiety, balancing energy, and supporting one’s holistic & mental wellbeing by allowing one to reset, recharge and recover. In a time when mental struggles are at their highest, it’s more important than ever to take care of our bodies, minds, and each other. From now until January 6, we are offering Private & Group Sound Healing sessions via Zoom to all Front Line Workers in an effort to support them in these unprecedented times. All sessions will run on a donation basis - pay what you can, if you can. We appreciate your contribution in helping us continue to support those on the Front Lines throughout the holiday season.

Tonight at 7pm we will be hosting an online meditation to bring in the solstice Join us for a Winter Solstice transmission of sound and celestial activations anchoring in the light on the darkest night of the year. During this journey we will lead you through a candle meditation illuminating and bringing light into each chakra and throughout all body systems followed by a sound experience travelling through multidimensional ancient vibrations to illuminate and activate these celestial and holy alignments and days to come.
