Regulated Health Professionals such as Physiotherapists and Massage Therapists can remain open for services during the upcoming lockdown. We will continue to provide you with a safe environment following current Covid safety protocols. Virtual, online physiotherapy assessments and treatments are still available for those that prefer this option.

A message from Erinn, we could not have said this any better, thank you Grief is the last act of love we have to give to those we loved. Where there is deep grief there was great love. ... May we all feel a sense of being held in the collective arms of each other. I’m grateful to be in this beautiful community of people who care and feel so deeply for one another. The tears will continue to flow and along with that my trust in the good and meaningful ways we show up to support each other. Jody , Dave, Jorja, and family we are here for you.

Today is all about video chats with patients - we have been doing this for the last two weeks and patients have been very appreciative! We will get through this!

Dear valued clients, In light of the rapidly changing COVID-19 developments and as per the recommendations from the Government of Ontario, physiotherapy has been deemed an essential service for EMERGENCY SERVICES ONLY. This will ensure continued social distancing to reduce the impact of Covid-19 in our community. If you are calling to make a new appointment, a physiotherapist will be returning your call to see if your situation qualifies as an emergency.... For all of our REGULAR PATIENTS that have been rescheduled, we will continue to monitor the situation and if further social distancing is required, your physiotherapist will be contacting you again to move your appointment to a later date. Owning a business and a building is sometimes a test of resiliency but Charles and MJ are so thankful today. Thank you to Dietrich Contracting for their efficiency and professionalism - you have an amazing crew! Thank you to McGuinty Funeral home for letting us borrow some parking spaces for our patients yesterday. Thank you to our patients for being so understanding with us and THANK YOU to my wonderful office staff for making a difficult logistics day run as smoothly as it did. Back to normal today here at Gateway Physiotherapy :)
