I knew even though I spent all day on my thank you post for the Gators Water Concerts I would forget someone (50 yr old brain) and I did!! I forgot to mention Candice LaFaver and the crew at the Serm office/ Sask Parks for the swag, hard work and support they gave us throughout the summer!! Thank you all so much!!! Also, I tried to video tape all I could at the last concert despite the rain and I will soon be downloading them onto our YouTube channel Gators Water Concerts. Please check them out! I am not sure where to start with the thank you’s and how much this Gators Boat Concert has brought to me personally. We are overwhelmed with how many spectators gathered on boats and land to appreciate our music, lake life, building our community, elevating the moods of people, and softening anxieties in our challenging times. Good morning 2021!!!! Thank you to all of you from near and far that made it out to the Festival of Lights, who came to see us Gators for free hot chocolate and purchased hotdogs and treats here at beautiful Candle Lake!!! We have to apologize to the people who were told last night that we did not show up and missed us! I assure you we were there by 6 pm. every night! Sorry for the misunderstanding! I hope we can all enjoy 2021!!! See you this summer!!!

It’s a chilly one out there but don’t forget Festival of Lights starts tonight from 6:30-9:30! Gators will be there from 6:30-9 with a hotdog and treat of your choice for $5 and a free hot chocolate to enjoy with it courtesy of Sask Parks and generous sponsors! Come enjoy the light displays and get into the Christmas spirit! . Unfortunately, Gator’s and her performers can not provide live entertainment this year due to Covid rules

We weren’t sure how the new Covid rules would affect the Festival of Lights but it is officially a go!! Gators will be handing out free hot chocolate donated by many sponsors and also selling homemade treats and hotdogs!!! Cash only. I will be there the 18-19 from 6.30-9 pm! Please please please follow covid rules so it can continue after Christmas!! Merry Christmas to you all and we hope to see you there!
