Malak has also been a multiple recipient of Gatquatic Divers "ACE Award". An annual award presented by the Coaches to the diver who best exhibits "Attitude, Commitment and Effort" on a consistent basis.

Yaaaaay!!! Gatquatic Divers are back at the pool, the programs are back up and running and we have a few spots left for new individuals interested in taking up this incredible and beautiful sport. As diving is an 'individual' sport, creating and maintaining safe procedures throughout the practices and lessons has been made possible. Gatquatic Divers Club has created a 'Return to Sport' Plan outlining in great detail the protocols and procedures which all participants must fo...llow. The protocols and procedures are in alignment with the local/municipal government, the Provincial government and our Provincial Sporting Organization, Dive Ontario. A special shout out and word of thanks to Delta Bingo, a part of OLG and Charitable Gaming for the financial support Gatquatic Divers Club receives. This support, particularly during this challenging time, has contributed in a large way in helping open the doors and a return to our programs in the community. A collection of some of this past week's practice.

Everything that happens today in your life will seem to be either negative or positive. You should keep in mind that whatever it is that happens, there must hav...e a positive side to it. It is the law of opposites...or the 'law of polarity' If it is a long way up to the top of a building, it must be a long way down. If it is a kilometre from point A to point B, it must be a kilometre from point B to point A. These are not only opposite, they are also equal and opposite. Most of the population are focused and paying attention to the negative sides of life and circumstances, ignoring the positives. You can make a decision that, regardless of what is going on today, you are going to look for the positive conditions or aspects of what's happening. Do this again tomorrow and the following day, and then the next day and so on until it becomes a habit. You will feel so much better and be more far more productive. Enjoy an outstanding day!
