We got some good news today, we are able to work on Friday. Please be patient as we get through the opening bumps. We will be calling clients on our ‘critical’ list. Please leave a message on the office phone and we will try to get to you as soon as possible. 780 827 4077

I bet all of you could use a massage! We are still waiting for word from the provincial governement for a start up date. In the meantime, we want to go over some things that we have to change to operate safely and to the set out guidelines. -We encourage all of our clients to sign up with a username and password to our online booking system. In doing so we will be able to perform tasks easier and touch less, such as; payment, waiver signing, booking, and the cool thing i...s you can print off your receipts that you lost before you gave them to your wife to submit to your insurance company. When we start booking clients we will send you a welcome email that will invite you to create your account and you can explore from there. - it is required that we are as touch less as possible - no not the massage, the payment! So we will be giving the debit machine a break and you will just have to type in your credit card number in our Jane app system. No credit card? No problem, just discuss payment prior to your appointment with your practitioner. - We need a signed COVID waiver before each session. We will send you a digital waiver to sign before each massage treatment - please make sure we have your up to date email address. No need to touch a yucky pen anymore! - Although our waiting room is the bomb and one of the most fun places on earth, we will now require you to wait inside your vehicle or outside the door until we text message you we are ready for you. Once again please make sure we have a current text number for you. - We will look different! We will be pretty covered in PPE - mask, apron, and Visor. For some of us that will vastly improve our looks! - Please go find your favourite plastic bag, make this your massage bag! When you come in we will require you to place your clothing in that bag. Once your massage session is complete we will ask that you PLEASE get dressed and take your massage bag with you. We do not want to step on anyone’s constitutional rights, so if you do not wear clothing I guess no bag is required. If you do wear clothing to your massage, and forget your bag, don’t worry we will provide you a fancy massage bag that looks a lot like a white kitchen catcher. - We are no longer allowed to offer you water in the clinic, come hydrated and drink water after your massage. There maybe more guidelines as we learn more. Please share this so that we can get the message out what is required to book a massage. Please watch our page for updates. We have been informed that by the provincial government that the earliest massage therapy can be available is June 19th. This is if there is not a spike in COVID cases during phase one. We are as frustrated by this news as our clients are. Please keep watching our page for updates.

Ok all you people in phase one, let’s make this work so the phase two people can open up! To our valued clients: We still do not have a start up date. When we do we will post it. We have to adhere to the plans set out for us by the provincial government. Dr. Tandrea Rowan DC and Kyley Mohrenberger (physio), are still unable to book patients even though they are in phase one. They have to wait for their regulating bodies to set out guidelines. Please watch this page for updates. Keep healthy!

In our effort to not spread the COVID-19, our office remains closed until further notice. This means all services: No massage appointments No chiropractic appointments... No physio appointments At this time we are not able to make future appointments. If you have received an appointment reminder, it is an error and we apologize, please ignore any reminders for the time being. We hope to be able to serve you in the near future.

In the support in the effort against COVID-19 we will be closing our practice for 2 weeks, after which time we will reassess the risks. We do this in solidarity to the vulnerable in our wonderful community, as well as our front line health workers. We are staying home so you stay away from them! As the COVID-19 situation in Alberta evolves, all of us at Grande Cache Massage, chiropractic and Physiotherapy Clinic are committed to keeping our patients and ourselves safe, while endeavouring to continue to provide our community members with the healthcare treatment they need and deserve. In addition to the standard infection control procedures we already employ, we are also taking the following measures: Increasing the frequency with which we clean and disinfect the wait...ing room and other common areas. Encouraging all patients to use hand sanitizers or wash their hands upon arrival. We will make every attempt to stagger appointment times and/or have patients wait in their treatment rooms rather than the waiting room, to reduce contact as much as possible.

With concerns about Covid-19, we'd like to take every precaution to protect the health of our clients and staff. Do you have a fever, cough, difficulty breathing, or have you travelled outside of Canada or been in contact with someone who has travelled outside of Canada to an at risk area in the last 14 days?
