Hiya all you #tinytruckers! We are launching CMAX2 tomorrow Wednesday April 28th, and I'm wondering what your favorite motor and ESC combo would be? We are recommending a 2500kv motor on a 3s battery, so I thought I would use a 2300 FOC combo to try. What would you recommend for the 2500 kv range? Thanks!

Amazing. Work. From True North RC getting our GCM 'Flinger' CMAX build up a level! The decal and detail upgrades they provide are incredible!

Foam tip! With any beadlocks using internal rings, we always recommend trimming a chamfer or triangle out of the inner foam surface. It's really important for the rubber tire bead to have direct connection with the internal ring, so you don't get stuffy or wobbling tires! (These BFG tires sure do feel good!) Happy Trucking!

Need a wider hex for your SCX3? We have them in stock! Moving from the 4.7mm wide to 7.6mm wide, there's more than enough room for your favorite wheel and tire combo on the portal axle! So.. in placing the electronics for my Axial Racing SCX3, I realized I could put the Reedy 5 Slot motor AND my Hobbywing 1080 ESC all under the motor cover! With just a tiny amount of plastic trimming and the factory hardware it all basically clicks in together, and I can still access the programming port with one bolt, removing the belt and pulley section. I also added the RC Addict left side valve cover print, and it's ready for details! Awesome!

Today I'm working on a scale garage renovation and studio change! What are you doing on your bench?
