A nice little job in Scotch Creek we did in one day as were always working hard to save our customers money. We stayed late and worked a 12 hour day to do it in one day to reduce travel cost to customer. First job with our sale for 7mm vinyl click starting at $5.25 a sq ft installed. Transformed a kitchen with glue down carpet over 2 layers of glue down vinyl into a kitchen with a beautiful vinyl floor. We went up the cabinet kicks with the flooring and added new basboard. I know the baseboard has butt joints on outside corners when it should be mitered but we had to follow the way the baseboard was done in the rest of the house! A nice deck transformation! We re-sheeted the existing deck rebuilt the existing stairs then built a second set of stairs to the new lower deck we built then painted everything and added a new aluminum railing.
