Reflecting back on the last year, it is remarkable how we all have adapted to a wide range of new challenges. We are fortunate that our business has been impacted in a positive way despite some unexpected delays in delivering some products to you. This has not been easy on you nor our staff and we sincerely thank you for your patience. Now, we face additional challenges from our OEM with our supply chain that needs constant monitoring and attention as well as the rising commodity cost increases and scarcities coming from the surge in worldwide demand as witnessed in all industries. Even though BRP ramped up their facilities’ output, the consumer demand for our products continues to outpace supply. Because of this, we would like you to be aware of delays ranging between two (2) and four (4) weeks depending on the product line. We apologize for this inconvenience, and you can count on our ongoing support and efforts to try and minimize the impact on you, our clients.
