Figuring out my new toy...and sugar free chocolates

Just a quick post to say I hope you are all having the best start possible to your new year. I'm using this unusual time to continue to work on my recipes and customized food products. Right now I am focusing on low carb / keto style breads and baking and will be posting more pictures once I get things dialled in. Also purchased a machine for bean to bar chocolate and will be working on customized chocolate products such as vegan & sugar free. Please leave a comment if these are items you are interested in, it will help me asses the demand for these kinds of specialty products.

Hate to do this to you a half hour before closing time but...

This weeks food challenge: all vegan, raw lunches, no nuts, no seeds, very low oil, no legumes (except lentils), and no grains or grain products. Low sugar, low fat, low carb.
