Hello to all our customers and friends. Geco industries is an essential service but will be supporting this local and global effort to flatten the curve of this pandemic. We all need to make the best effort on all fronts to accomplish this, and as the team leader here at Geco I need my staff and their families to weather this storm by staying and working from home. We provide service to Retirement homes, crisis centres, community emergency centres, municipal offices, ambula...nce stations, homes with the elderly, water and pump stations and your family home. Our trucks, techs, and staff are all working remotely and on standby for generators that are in "Unit down failure" condition. We have suspended all regular maintenance for the next two weeks. Here is our protocol, which is in flux and influenced by how this situation evolves, please watch this space for updates. We will be open for emergency "Unit Down" calls only. Please only call if your generator is in a failed state, priority for call out is as such: 1- unit down and there is no utility. 2- unit down but utility is still available 3- for the above, critical needs will be assessed on a one by one basis with priority for first responder needs, retirement homes, medical centres, homes with medical needs, flooding potential and loss of HVAC. Please be advised we have 5 fully trained technicians and a very large parts inventory. We will also work with customers over the phone to triage your troubles, if you can be our eyes and ears we will work with you to get you up and running asap.
