Another happy customer. This condo unit was flooded out from a leak upstairs. We went well beyond repairs by remodelling the entire space. Ensuite bath with full stand up shower and heated floor, main bath with extra deep soaker tub. All nee kitchen cabinets and appliances with a special detail to the ceiling and indirect lighting. All new light fixtures throughout and vinyl plank flooring. A beautiful upgrade to this 30 year old condo. Clients were fantastic to work with and very inspirational in their choice of finishes.

When you dont see it......many homeowners forget that the most important part of a renovation is what you dont see. There is a reason we have codes for plumbing and electrical work. No plastic allowed when building the rough-in for this double sink vanity in a condo. Behind the walls and ceiling is just as important as the visual aspects of a remodel.

Finally complete. Our 30th floor kitchen reno. Re-imagined, redesigned and remodelled. Custom millwork, custom louvered doors and an exceptional layout create a versatile and creative kitchen that will be loved for years. We lowered the ceiling for the LED 3000k lights, heated the floor, powered the island and upgraded all the electrical. Took the old stacked laundry pair and dropped them side by side, added cabinets and counter to make the laundry much more user friendly. Porcelain floor, quartz counters and glass backsplash tiles finish it all off. Whats your dream kitchen?

A nice small sized condo kitchen renovation. The ceiling was lowered 2.5" to house the 4" LED lights. Solid strip LEDs for under the cabinets. Extra deep square double sink. Beautiful 12x24 porcelain tiles through the foyer/laundry and the kitchen. Everything updated and ready to go.

Magnificent Makeover. A 1990 bathroom converted to a modern oasis. Backlit vanity mirror, LED lighting throughout, stand alone swoop tub, wall hung vanity and storage cabinet, heated towel warmer, heated floor system and an incredible view! Detailed baseboards and curved accents on the shower tiles adds a subtle hint of sofistication and class to this client designed remodel. Now onto the kitchen in the same unit.....stay tuned!

We started this reno before Covid-19 forced self isolation. The clients daughter works in long term health care and will be required to self isolate at home. She will stay in the renovated basement while the parents remain upstairs. The bathroom needed to be completed to allow this isolation. It's not completely finished but is now fully operational and they are loving the new look. Replaced an original build from 1968. It had burgundy and black tiles up the walls with pink fixtures, lol. Unfortunately, I had sent my crew home a couple weeks ago and had to finish this one off myself. Be safe, Everyone!
