Q. What, if anything, is different between the different Proprio6 socks? A. The technology that stimulates proprioceptive feedback which in turn improves balance is the same across all Proprio6 socks. The 2/4 range and the Sleeves are available with an anti-slip sole. The Ankle and the Knee High versions are not presently available with an anti-slip sole. The ProprioSleeves are best for those doing sports that you would normally do barefoot and for those who wear sandals and flip flops. The Sleeves, the Ankle and 2/4 crew versions should be worn for less than 2 - 3 hours per usage (the time it takes you to perform your sporting activity). If you want balance improvement throughout the day then the knee length version is best for that.
