The Premier of Ontario, the Hon. Doug Ford - FordNation, visited #Cobourg today as our community launched a major vaccination effort based at the Cobourg Community Centre, across the street from Venture 13 Innovation & Entrepreneurship Centre. At the invitation of our MPP David Piccini and his team, I was honoured to have the chance to personally meet with the Premier and update him on our progress. We talked about the critical importance of industrial innovation and advanced... manufacturing for economic advancement and self-reliance, and how proud we are of our producers. Ontario, together, will not only make it through the pandemic but will thrive if we continue to invest and believe in our future, and support each other. We have incredible capabilities here in Northumberland and in everything that is #OntarioMade, and that was part of the Premier's message of encouragement today.
