We thank you for all your efforts over the last 3 months as we all join in to flatten the curve in Ontario. For some, we know it has been more challenging, especially if you are dealing with mobility or pain issues. We are here for you though! If you are suffering from a new or ongoing issue, please call our Niagara Falls office @ (905) 358-9090. We have been assisting patients through telephone consults and virtual appointments over the last month and this might be helpful... for your current situation. We have also started to assist patients in office, with COVID-19 protocols in place. Please reach out if you need to talk with a physiotherapist to tweak your home exercise program or arrange a virtual or in-person treatment. We will determine if in an in-person visit is right for you. If yes, we are back seeing patients in a new normal clinic environment with COVID-19 screening, new clinic protocols to maintain physical distancing between clients, personal protective equipment and cleaning protocols according to Ministry guidelines. We are here for any questions you may have. We will also have some exciting news on the opening of the new Welland clinic location very very soon! The grand opening celebration will have to be at a later date! We thank you again for all you and your families have done in joining our staff and their families in the fight to flatten the COVID-19 curve in the Niagara Region! We are all in this together! We are certainly missing the hustle and bustle of our busy clinics; however, we are grateful for the technology that allows us to connect with our patients and colleagues during this time. Out of an abundance of caution over COVID-19 and the State of Emergency declared in Ontario we are CLOSED for face-to-face appointments at this time. This does not mean we have forgotten you! Each physiotherapist is available for contact via email or phone consults and virtual appointm...ents. We are rotating each physiotherapist weekly and one will be able to help you. Please contact us if you feel a medical device such as a knee brace or wrist brace and so forth may help with some physical support during this time when we can not do face-to-face rehabilitation. We can consult with you regarding your needs over the phone. We also have supply of water pillows for neck pain, ice packs, heat pads that can be arranged for curbside pick-up or doorstep delivery. We have the option to deliver from our clinics or directly from the supplier. Please message us or contact us at 289-407-1115. First off, we want you to know that you are not left alone in this situation. We have had to temporarily defer our face-to-face appointments but that doesn’t mean we cannot stay connected in other ways. I first wanted to say a big thank you to our Generations team / family. We are very blessed to work with such wonderful people that have all pulled together and helped us make some very difficult decisions over the past few days. I have seen wonderful messages sent between co-workers and I feel extremely blessed to be working with such compassionate individuals.
