Genesis Rubber

These are molded EPDM rubber butterfly valve seals that were reverse engineered using samples supplied to us by a customer in the cosmetic industry.

We had a customer come to us with a deteriorated U-channel. We were able to replicate his part and properly specify the right compound for his application. We knew that the product would come into contact with lots of oil and that Nitrile (NBR) would be the right material.

A recent project where we reverse engineered an extrusion for a customer in BC. Its an extruded EPDM rubber seal for Industrial washing machines.
