The Geneva Event Centre cleared the first hurdle in the major refurbishment of the building's façade. The goal has always been to recreate the 1939 look with modern technology. The Downtown Management Board met and approved the new marquee so we are one step closer to the goal. Next stop Committee of adjustments for a sign bylaw variance. Hopefully things are not shut down for too long over this covid so we can get the face finished up by summer's end.
