Anxiety. Depression. Addiction. I've been there. I've seen it. I choose to conquer it daily. I have so much to say about mental health as I learn more about it and have recently been inspired to start a podcast about this extremely important topic.... Early January, I spent an evening at Van Dryden Gardens to volunteer for the Make a Wish Foundation. It was a beautiful opportunity to meet and connect with locals and tourists who were visiting the gorgeous lights. All donations were happily accepted and each candle that was lit inspired new life. This was one of my favourite experiences by far!
