One of my favorite parts of Christmas is the beauty of all the decorating that is done! These are some of my favorite Christmas pictures of the homes I have painted, with a stunning new updated photo from one of my client's!

Had a little fun with sponge painting in the spare bedroom of our home! I dont really believe in trends, more just whatever you like...do. I originally tried the blush pink in the bathroom of our home and didn't like it, so I thought I would try it again in another room! The main colour is called Cosmetic Blush 7110. The product used is Sherwin Williams Opulence Pearl. The accent wall was painted in 6258 Tricorn Black. The product used was Sherwin Williams Super Paint Satin.... Trying to bring in the Christmas spirit! Who else has set up their Christmas tree? These boys pose so nice! Or is it that I am bribing them with frozen leftover meat...

What a gorgeous upgrade for this home! When you hire me to paint your home, you are hiring one person, one person who will go through your home with a trebal light, looking for every imperfection possible. With every job I do, I do to the best of my ability. Doing a good job does take time. It takes time for the finish drywall mud to dry on your walls, it takes time for the caulking to dry as well. The paint also needs time to dry inbetween coats, so the walls can be prope...rly pole sanded for a smooth finish. All of these steps are very important in ensuring a proper job. For this home, both floors were painted, ceilings and bedrooms included. I am very grateful for my client's trust on every job I do. For this project the client's trusted me to choose the colour for their home. I chose a favorite from a job I had done last year, that suited their home perfectly! The colour chosen for the walls for this home is Metro 0530. The product used was Sherwin Williams Opulence interior acrylic latex pearl. The doors, trim, and base was painted in Sherwin Williams Multi-surface acrylic coating white semigloss. The ceilings were painted in a flat white. Slowly trying to bring in the Christmas spirit! That blue door though!

Simply White is definitely one of my favorite whites, and WOW it sure came through once again! The white was paired with a gorgeous taupe colour that was accented on the front door and two walls in the kitchen. The railings look stunning with the freshly painted walls. Every home is different on what colours suit it best. The new colour choices for this home make this home elegant and modern, giving it a beautiful upgrade! Hope you enjoy the makeover done on this home!... The taupe colour used on the front door and two walls in the kitchen is called Ashes CA088. The product used was Cloverdale Ecologic Low gloss. The white used on the walls was Simply White BWC-01. The product used was Cloverdale Ecologic Low gloss. The doors, trim and base was painted in Simply White BWC-01. The product used was Cloverdale Ecologic Semigloss.

From my family to yours, Happy Halloween!

I recently painted our entrance and main bathroom, and I am in LOVE with how it turned out! The furniture and door was painted to match. We did however have to get new baseboards and front door trim. The clear caulking that was on prior was on so thick that in this case, it could not be scraped and sanded fully off. In fact it wrecked the top of the base and no matter how hard I tried to scrape it off the walls, it wouldn't fully come off. We went with baseboards that were hi...gher to cover any issues on the walls from the clear caulking. In my opinion, it is never a good idea to put unpaintable silicone caulking on the tops or sides of your baseboards and trim. The silicone will reject the new paint, making any future paint jobs more difficult, and in some cases like this one, unrepairable. The product used for the walls was Cloverdale Horizon Eggshell. The colour used is CL 2231W Alexander. The product used for the front door and furniture was Sherwin Williams All Surface Enamel Semigloss. The colour used is 8303 Shadow Dance.

Had to share my upgrade in our home! Usually for a main bathroom I try to steer away from dark colours, with the exception of accent walls. But a spare bathroom... I couldn't help myself! I am in love with the dark colour I chose for our secondary bathroom! Colour chosen is 8303 Shadow Dance, product used was Sherwin Williams All Surface Enamel Semi gloss.

What a beautiful upgrade for this home, and what a gorgeous blue door! I love pops of colour in homes! Sometimes the accents of decor are all that is needed, or sometimes it's an accent wall that makes a bold statement. My client's chose a gorgeous grey as their main colour, perfectly paired with a stunning dark blue. The grey used is 7065 Argos, the product used is Sherwin Williams Duration Home Satin.... The dark blue used is 2327 Harlequin, the product used is Sherwin Williams All Surface Enamel Eggshell. See more
