Furnace failed and this mobile home was frozen solid. Immediately on entry we shut the well down and isolated the pressure tank. Luckily the electric water heater was radiating JUST enough heat to keep the pressure tank from freezing. Next step was to assess the unit, and see if there was any obvious ruptured lines or damage. ... From there Diagnosis of the furnace which was a frozen exhaust vent! We corrected that, thawed the condensate trap and lines, and provided temporary drainage for the furnace then allowed it to run for a few days to completely thaw the unit. Upon our return we turn the water back on monitoring for leaks or pressure drop. Once satisfied there we begin testing all the fixtures and lines for obvious leaks.
