Remember those who were taken from their homes and interned. Remember those who did whatever they could standing shoulder to shoulder and bootlaces to bootlaces moving forward through horrific conditions. Standing their ground while artillery was being fired. The sound deafening. A moment of silence. Warcraft flies overhead. The earth shakes. A moment of silence. Cries rise up over the battlefield. A moment of silence. A mother weeps as she receives the news that her son will never return home. A moment of silence. A father reads that his daughter was mortally wounded while tending to soldiers. A moment of silence... Today, remember those who served so that future generations could leave in peace.
