Using a sump pump to drain a laundry tub? From a house I showed recently.

This is Castel Meur in Plougrescant, France. It's known as the House Between Two Rocks. It was built in 1861 and is currently a private residence. Can you imagine living in a house like this?

Here's a collection of some more terrible real estate photos

From a virtual tour I saw recently. Guess the cat wasn't cooperating with the photographer

From a house in Old North; rarely do I see 2 houses where the rooflines touch like this.

From a house I showed last week - I had never seen this before, a bathroom fan exhaust connected to a plumbing drain vent! Nothing could possibly go wrong with this! Well, except for the fact the plumbing vent is likely too small to work properly. Oh, and the risk of venting sewer gasses into the home

This car themed home in Texas is currently for sale for 8 million USD. There's only 2 bedrooms in the house, but the garage will fit 10 cars! And check out the photo of the bathroom sink! https://www.realtor.com//14250-Chaparral-Ln_Roanoke_TX_762

I found myself thinking of summer today, only 191 days until then In the meantime, these pools look really cool; there's a checkerboard design, a red tiled pool, and a black tiled one!

Nothing unsafe here.....

This unusual house on Ridgecrest Drive in Las Vegas is owned by Lonnie Hammargren, a former neurosurgeon and lieutenant governor. It's actually 2 houses combined (there was a third too, but he lost it to foreclosure a few years ago). The houses and land are brimming with memorabilia and curiosities. Very cool!

I recently saw this really old building permit posted on a garage, I wonder if the building inspector ever returned to check the finished work?

This donut shaped house was for sale earlier this year in Deanshanger, England, for 900,000 ($1.57 million Canadian)!

There's a town in Hawaii called Volcano! Here's a house currently for sale there for $400,000 USD. https://www.realtor.com//19-4057-Kalani-Honua-Loop_Volcano

I recently showed this house in St. Thomas that had a small duct high velocity heating and cooling system. Instead of standard heat vents, it had these small circular ones. It looked very cool. I've read a lot about these systems, but rarely see them.

That's quite an elaborate wood stove! From a house I toured recently.

I showed this century house in Strathroy last week. It had a really tall attic, with a full staircase leading up to it. And check out the photo with the old school light switches!

I was looking at realtor.ca today and was wondering what places are like on Pelee Island. This property is currently the most expensive house for sale there; it's listed for 2.4 million. It's on 36 acres, with 2341 feet of waterfront! https://www.realtor.ca//2183/1-sheridan-point-pelee-island

From a house I showed last week. It had an interesting retro kitchen, complete with diagonally cut cabinet doors and plugs built right into the cabinets on either side of the sink. Plus a Tiki bar :)

These photos are from the second floor of a barn, on a property I showed a few weeks ago. I have no idea why all the old doors were being stored here.
