Merry Christmas to you and your family!
Cool job today! The customer tore down half a barn. So I helped him with the metal side of things so he can close this side in. The steel up rights and long C-channel is a frame for a big door!
One more happy customer! Bob retired and moved up here from the city. He just moved into this condo but it had no storage cage at his parking spot. So I fixed that problem for him!
Did a little work on some farm equipment today.
@astitt28 getting more experience with metal work. She’s learning tricks with a grinder and her welds are getting much better!
Nice having my Dad around to help get jobs and other projects done!
A little flaw on some New Holland tractors is the elbow just before the muffler. This is the second time this elbow has gotten reinforced. This time it was cracked 3/4 around the pipe a couple inches before the muffler. So I welded the crack, and plated over it. And also plated the actual bend with material he had kickin around. Not pretty work he just wanted it fixed. @ Kimberley Valley
Did an interesting job making adjustable arms for a mini horse carriage to fit a larger pony for Carolyn Aarup from Dakota Winds Farm Miniature Horses, Carolyn Aarup. They’re telescopic arms so I lengthen the male ends. The arms had to go wider as well so I cut most of the one crossmember holding the whipple tree leaving about 6 on each side. Then got a pipe that had a similar inner diameter as the outter diameter of the crossmember and used that as a sleeve, and drill holes in the appropriate places for widening the arms. Then I cut off the mounting plates for the arms, extended the arms (to allow make the arms go up higher) and welded on wider plates (also thicker). Then drilled holes where they needed to be in the plates to allow the arms to widen. @ Meaford, Ontario
Best guests I’ve ever had. They’ve been such a big help around here. As you can see they’ve been helping with metal work, working on the house, even make meals and cleaned the house! Big thank you to @mrcamaro95 and @chan_anigans from @timeless_customs_ocg for everything you guys have done! @ Meaford, Ontario
Put this archway together today. @ Williamsford, Ontario

Garden beds, and retaining wall all done. This is going to look cool when the gardens are complete and the landscaping is done. #gardeninspiration #gardendesign #landscaping #georgianbay #ontariocanada @ Kimberley Valley
Built this really cool grill to go over a camp fire. Might have to build one for myself one day! @ Meaford, Ontario
Built this retaining wall and also building raised garden beds with the same steel. Was a pretty hot day but powered through as always! #gardening #raisedgardenbeds #steelart #horticulture #beavervalley #ontario #ontariocanada #hotstuff #fueledbyisagenix

30 degrees out...looks like a good day to play with fire!
Little repair work done today.
Shelving done for a local restaurant. The other frame will be painted red and both are getting wood planks for shelves. Going to look really cool!
111 in length, I’d say that’s acceptable.
Rockin my Dads old sleeves for welding over head. He used to wear these back when he worked in the shipyards as a burner!
Weighed the old girl down a bit. Put a little over 2000lbs of steel in the back.
1 of 2 pieces of a shelving system to make things more efficient for the cooks and servers at a local restaurant.
This is where the tongue meets the frame of the trailer. I repaired the welds then added this plate to both sides. I also added some welds and repaired other welds throughout the trailer. #trailer #camping #rv #forestriverrv #rpodnation #everlastwelders
