2x white oak couches to go with the chairs I posted the other day. All they need now is to have the holes plugged with oak dowels and than sand. Oh and the upholsterer still has to make the cushions as well. Yup! We make couches too! This is a custom low seated deep couch for a client in Wasaga Beach. We don't do upholstery, that's why you don't see cushions but this has already gone to the upholsterer so pics should be coming soon! Will be making a custom lounge in the same design next week.

Not sure if I've ever put my face on Instagram before lol but ya, that's me, the guy behind the camera usually. This is me testing out a bed frame I just finished making. I'm standing in the middle of the frame to make sure the sag isn't going to make for an uncomfortable sleep for its new owners. This one's going to need a leg in the middle I think. This is a stand-alone #headboard for a #kingsizebed American walnut and espresso are the stains respectively, and it's made from locally cut and kiln dried spruce. More beds lol

Couple of simple #nightstands to go with the king size bed we posted yesterday. There is still a dresser to come as well yet. God I love my job lol

Today we were at @kaytooatblue resurfacing their 17 year old pine floors. Definitely glad the heavy stuff is over, on to light sanding and than staining!

Couple small vanity tops for our clients in Wasaga and her new dream build project. So far we are 5 items done out of a 27 item list lol still a lot to make! King size bed, study furniture, essentially an entire house of furniture will be built and delivered by Feb. 1st.

A little before and after shot of how we get dark grain marks on rough cut wood. Stain first with a dark stain than sand it off and apply a lighter stain. Make sure you wait at least 48hrs for the stain to dry or you'll be burning through sandpaper like 90!

A beast of a #dinnertable being made for a friend. His company cut it down and he wants to keep it. Very, very large ash with some incredible bore mazes I'll try and retain in the final product. 2 benches to match as well! Just need to order some legs from @rustydesigncanada and these will be ready for pick up!
