We got challenged from our costumer S. She loves our marble zebra cake, but wanted it the opposite way this time (more chocolate, less white). So we did it!! Our shortbread cookie cake "Kalter Hund" (cold dog) We baked 4 yesterday and today for a great business and their staff was in heaven!!! Thanks so much that you all loved it so much. We haven't done this cake for awhile so it was fun to do it again!!

We are now sold out for our Christmas Stollen!!! We baked 32 Stollen and be very proud and happy that so many of our costumers were looking for it!! They started already to smell and develope their beautiful flavour! It's a heavenly smell in our kitchen!! Thanks so much, we'll deliver them soon all to you. We're almost done with baking of all the cookies. We have so far made: Hazelnut stick cookies, dipped in real chocolate. They are melting on your tongue. ... And our Snowflake sugar cookies, with a nice icing glaze and light blue ice crystals Our cinnamon star cookies, named in Germany Zimsterne, crispy outside, soft in the inside with a special crunchy glaze. And last but not least Our Linzer cookies, 2 hazelnut-almond mix baked cookies, with a raspberry filling and light powder sugared. You will love them all. Next week we put the cookie in boxes together for you to order. Now we go into the weekend and be back on Monday night.
