Arnie's

Here's something easy to make ... I made it over the holidays to balance all of the treats that were so rich. I sprinkled the fish with Arnie's All Purpose Seasoning - then spead the following on top and baked: panco, italian seasoning and shredded parmesan cheese. Hope you enjoy!

Lots of fresh vegetables these days - so tasty and good for us!!! Here's how I used some leftovers - I fried up the vegies with some Arnie's APS. It was delicious.

Here's an idea for using Arnie's. Crustless Vegie Quiche - Yummy! Simply cook on the stovetop: olive oil, Arnie's APS to taste (I used about 1 tsp), an onion, peppers and any other vegies you like - add in some tomatoes and spinach at the end. Then in a bowl add 5 or 6 beaten eggs, salt, pepper and some cheese. I used a small bag of cheddar. Add in the cooked vegies to the egg mixture and stir, then add to a greased pie sheet (I used PAM). Cook at 350 degrees for 30 min - (when you place a knife in the centre it should come out clean), then let sit for 10 minutes and serve. I served with a salad. Enjoy!
