Each Christmas we spend a little time together not working but creating. This year was challenging because of the restrictions. But with the help of a great friend, we were able to make some Gnome Families. From myself, Val and Kim we wish all our clients and associates a very Merry Christmas and we welcome a New Year! (Check out what we’ve made each year always supporting local small businesses)!

We are so privileged to be able to help this amazing program. Danielle and Kelsey are amazing souls that bring confidence, strength and love to young girls! Thank you Fit + Fierce for the opportunity to help you guys with these girls goals!!

We (and some of our clients and friends) are so happy to help out Sturgeon Valley Baptist Church for Operation Christmas Child. $200 in donations and a full box of toiletries and school supplies to help stuff the shoeboxes getting sent out. Together we can all make a difference.

We are happy to help our friends at Sturgeon Valley Baptist Church collecting items for Operation Christmas Child. Operation Christmas Child is a program to send shoeboxes of toys, hygiene items, school supplies, and other items to children in countries such as El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and others. We wanted to help out by reaching out to our friends and seeing if anyone would be able to help us fill up these boxes with much needed supplies. The focus is on 10- 14... year old boys. We have been given a list of items and we will be collecting items until November 11th. Since they have received toys, soccer balls & pumps, t-shirts, these are the Items most needed fill out the remainder of the boxes: Hygiene items: Soap, combs, toothbrushes School Supplies Tools (small hammers, tape measures, nails/screws, work gloves) Sewing items Donations for shipping ($10//box) Please contact myself if you are interested.
