Basking Snake Yoga

Busy, busy, busy. Currently on week 3 of 8 in Yoga 4 Trauma. I have been away and learning. Realigning with myself and giving myself the space/time to create. ... Hope you all stay safe in these nutty times & hope to connect soon.

Unfortunately I will have to postpone the walking yoga. I will keep everyone posted on a new date & time. Apologize for any inconvenience this has cause and I look forward to meeting up (safely) at another time.

I love being able to sit with people and break down poses. Being able to help them find what feels good for their body. It's so great to hear "I didn't think I could do yoga", and to witness them doing it. I'm forever grateful to connect with each individual that shows up to the mat.
