Fizzy Fruit got a shout-out in Toronto Life!

Fizzy Fruit 03.11.2020

#Repost @rhythmismybiz with @repostapp Today before we had our performance for Bleeders, myself and a few members of the cast were in the park outside the theatre where we met a gentleman who stopped by to let us know about his product @getfizzy, which is slowly hitting the market. He asked us if we'd like to try it and we obliged. We didn't initially know that we were his first public testers. He has invented a snack called Fizzy Fruit, which essentially is a carbonated fruit snack that is #glutenfree and #vegan, which makes eating fruit fun for the child in all of us. I gotta tell you folks that this is hands down one of the best fruit snacks I've ever had. I encourage you to check it out and get in where you fit in. You won't be disappointed.

Fizzy Fruit is freshly cut, WHOLE pieces of REAL fruit that are carbonated under high pressures in specially-designed chambers! Fruit is about 80% juice. We take all that juice and fizz it up, while it’s still in the fruit! It’s fruit meets champagne (without the alcohol) FIzzy Fruit is 100% all-natural with zero added sugar or preservatives. In fact, Fizzy Fruit has the exact same nutritional value as regular fruit, but with a delicious and refreshing bite that you will sim...ply love <3 #GETFIZZY

Fizzy Fruit is now available @ OMG on the Park, 36 Lisgar St, on Queen St W! A bowl that serves 2-3 people is $6.85 and comes in two varieties: watermelon and pineapple. Since quantity is limited right now, we recommend calling ahead to make sure there's still some left by time you get there! OMG on the Park map: https://goo.gl/maps/oUpoTbhcYkE2 (647) 348-5664

Algie Parucha and her sister, Allane, always sold in the tent right beside mine. Algie was very kind and helpful and I felt had two friends next door experiencing the same excitement and challenges of being an entrepreneur that I did. When I stepped away for a coffee, Allane took over my stall and made sales for me without me even asking her to. I was not in attendance on this particular day, but I feel like this unfortunate accident could have easily happened to me if I had been. I'm sorry for the family's loss and encourage anyone reading this to make even a small donation towards funeral arrangements or scholarship fund for the two children Algie left behind.
