We are seeing a lot of businesses using this time of isolation to check off items on their business plan and marketing to-do lists. They are doubling down for a stronger, more stable future for their company.... Here at OSO Creative, we want to help. We are set up to be fully digital and can continue to help our clients with their website and marketing needs. We cherish being part of a strong local business community here in Calgary, and want to help those companies and organizations who are not as fortunate to be able to keep their businesses running at 100% during this time. Therefore, we are offering two great ways to contribute to the local community. 2 Ways To Pay It Forward: Helping The Local Business Economy & Those In Need Ecommerce, an online store, is a great tool to add to your website. The ability to generate sales with a digital storefront is key for a successful business both during good times and during a recession... or an epidemic. For every eCommerce package we add to an existing website, we will donate 10% back to purchase a gift card from a local business that has been affected and Pay it Forward to another small business that is need of that service. Many businesses rely on foot traffic to keep afloat. Giving A Web Presence To An Affected Organization or Business Many small businesses and non-profits can't afford a professional website during this time, but need to get the word out or offer their services now more than ever. For any new Corporate website package we kick-off before the end of April, we will Pay it Forward by donating the entire design and development of a small website package to an affected business or organization that is in need of a website. We are sharing this on behalf of one of our most fascinating clients. The research group on art crime, ARCA, just launched a modest Kickstarter campaign to raise funds for scholarships for professionals from at-risk countries to come and study on their summer Postgraduate Program in Art Crime and Cultural Heritage Protection. Every year they have scholars from places like Syria, Iraq and Yemen who get training and then go back to their homelands to help better protect their art and monuments.
