Mmmmm it smells amazing in here! What do you do with all your kitchen scraps? Any time I cook and there are scraps left, I throw them into a large freezer bag and into the freezer. Once the bag is full (or I run out of space hah) I will place it all in a big pot, along with anything else I have laying around that needs to be used up (this time it was some extra carrots, green onions that were near shriveled, a couple of baby potatoes, and some extra garlic), add enough water to cover everything, and bring it to a boil. Once it's boiling, turn the heat down to a simmer and let it go for at least a couple of hours! You really want all the veggie flavor to come out! You can use it right away, or save some for another night. Whatever you like! Ps. It freezes as well ;)
