Sizzlin' Hot Tater Tot Pie I was playing around in the kitchen for a quick and easy shepherds pie type dish and this is what I came up with!! If you are interested the recipe is below. Recipie:... Ingredients: 2lbs Lean Ground Beef 1/2 Large Onion diced 8 oz sliced Mushrooms 1 tsp Get Sauced Meat & Poultry Seasoning 680 ml can of tomato sauce 1/3 cup Get Sauced Sizzlin’ Hot Bbq Sauce 1 Bag of Tater Tots 1 cup frozen corn 2 cups shredded cheese Instructions: Bake tater tots as per package directions. While Tots are baking, brown ground beef, onions and mushrooms; drain excess fat. Season with Meat and Poultry seasoning and S&P to taste. Stir in Tomato sauce, bbq sauce and frozen corn. Spray 9x13 baking dish with non-stick spray add meat sauce then line tater tots on top of meat mixture and top with cheese. Bake in 350 oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
