Launching Operation S.W.E.A.TJunior! Now more than ever, kids need fitness, fresh air & socializing in real life! It’s so important for their physical and mental health. ... Operation S.W.E.A.TJunior is our new outdoor strength and conditioning program coming to the parks of Riverside South in May 2021. Structured fitness for ages 10-15yrs (grouped as 10-12 and 13-15). This coed program is for anyone who wants to see an improvement in overall fitness and performance - not just for competitive athletes (but good for athletes too!) Variations for all fitness levels will be provided. It is athletic conditioning for sport, and for life. With programming similar to our longtime running Operation S.W.E.A.TBoot Camp, participants will take part in a series of exercises and drills that will boost their endurance, functional strength, coordination, agility, posture and core strength. Structured, yet fun, with safe & age appropriate programming. This program is also great for building confidence, positive body awareness, physical, mental and social development. We want them to develop a positive relationship with physical activity. A fun and structured way to improve fitness. We are experienced, fully certified and insured, professional coaches and trainers with the highest credentials. We are also parents with school aged kids!
