With apples picked fresh from the orchard, this dish is positively delicious. Slow cooked with vegetables, served along side lovely roasted potatoes, there's no better way to indulge on a cold night! Gluten free! Mini Lasagnas - The perfect fit for your lunchbox! Homemade sauce with a delicious blend of cheese all wrapped in a tiny package the size of ...a muffin! These are a huge hit in the kids lunch boxes, or for dinner served with a salad. Sausage Pockets - Think pizza pockets, but without all the junk! Golden brown puff pastry surrounds a homemade sauce with turkey sausage, tomatoes, onions, cheese and spinach (small enough that the kids will never know!). Fantastic for a dinner on the way to activities, or thrown in your lunch bag. Warm them up in your toaster oven or microwave for a quick dinner on the run! Homestyle Lasagna - A delicious favourite of many families, and what I'm known for among my friends! Chock full of hearty vegetables, whole wheat noodles, and a blend of different cheeses make this a meal you don't want to miss out on! Chicken and Sausage Gumbo - A little taste from the south! Enjoy a steaming bowl of this flavourful dish any night of the week. Tom...atoes, peppers, onions and a ton of spices pack a whole lot of deliciousness in this meal. Serve with some rice for a dish your family will love! Hearty Beef Stew - Who doesn't love coming home to a serving of homemade stew?! A favourite among my family, the best part of this dinner is how easy it is heat up! Pop it on your stove top when you get home from work, and you'll have dinner ready in 20 minutes!
