It's okay to bring all your gear and not use any of it. When I shot this editorial portrait I brought everything but the kitchen sink to the location. How to shoot to give your clients the most value for your work.
An editorial portrait I’m particularly proud of featuring friend and filmmaker Shehab Illyas. This portrait was used as a promotional piece for his film Knight, which he wrote and directed. geworsky.com
This week I had the pleasure of photographing OmiSoore Dryden, an Associate Professor, James R. Johnston Chair in Black Canadian Studies, Department of Community Health and Epidemiology, at Dalhousie University. The portrait was taken for the Dalhousie Medical Research Foundation's Impact Report. We decided to shoot on a beautiful morning at the Halifax Public Gardens.
