It's a beautiful wooded location and we're looking forward to seeing how the windows capture the views once the build is complete. Sam is an awesome guy and his project ideas are fantastic. We met Sam a couple of weeks ago and fully support him. He is knowledgeable and astute. We hope to be working together soon. Wood is beautiful. Loving this fir from Quadra Island that Thomson Bros Lumber sourced for one of our projects. Well be making an awesome bicycle shelter for SD71 Comox Valley Schools out of it.

Great news for the Comox Valley!! Im thrilled to announce that The Comox Valley Regional District has received $105,000. in funding to provide for a housing n...eeds assessment. This will allow the Regional District to assess key housing needs, including the need for affordable housing, rental housing and homes for seniors, people with special needs, families and people at risk of homelessness. It will also help inform decisions to develop workforce housing to assist employers in the Valley to retain employees and support local economic growth.
