Here are 3 simple, but proven steps for a better sleep! _ Sleep can make or break your day, and a good nights sleep is just as important as regular exercise or a health diet! _ Here are 3 tips for a better sleep:... Make your room as dark as it can be: try to put your phone facedown, and cover your windows as best as you can. This can ultimately maximize your melatonin. Turn off your electronics: We know it can be hard to do this sometimes, but allowing your eyes to be free from your electronics for at least 30 minutes before bed is significant for a great sleep. The light from your electronics can impact the levels of melatonin in your body, which can affect your ability to have a deep sleep.
