Listen in to one of our lawyers at Goodfellow & Schuettlaw, who chatted with Tyler Chisholm (Collisions YYC) on the future of the city. Kent Hehr talks about his love for Calgary and Alberta and why we need to keep an open mind for what our future has in store. #CollisionsYYC... https://www.collisionsyyc.com/episodes/e102-kent-hehr

During a difficult year when we have been required to remain distant, we wanted to support a great cause that brings loved ones together when they need it most. Thank you to Give a Mile for including us in your Christmas Campaign and for supporting our travel industry now more than ever.

Today is Remembrance Day. Our team at Goodfellow & Schuettlaw is remembering Canada's Veterans, their service, and the sacrifice it has taken so that we may enjoy the freedoms that we have today. #CanadaRemembers #WeRemember

Bill 37, the Builders’ Lien (Prompt Payment) Amendment Act, 2020 received first reading on October 21, 2020. If passed, the Bill would amend the current Builder’s Lien Act, by establishing clear statutory timelines for payments to contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout the construction industry. For any questions regarding Bill 37 or questions regarding builders’ liens, please contact Adrianna Worman at 403-668-9195 or [email protected]. https://www.gfslaw.ca//an-overview-of-bill-37-the-builder-

Bought a log cabin... from IKEA. Some assembly required. Thankfully, it came with an allen key. It's just under the pile... along with the manual.... __ As a reminder: always, always complete the contract review. By being prepared and reviewing your contract, you can help prevent stor felkommunikation vid IKEA. #lawyerhumour #yyclaw #ablaw

It was truly a pleasure being on-hand to support the Calgary Construction Association tonight as part of a roundtable on construction and engagement. At this group discussion on engaging Calgarians to build better, our firm was represented by Robert Schuett. Supporting discussions like this is one way that Goodfellow & Schuettlaw contributes to the community and builds a better neighbourhood.... Thank you to MNP for hosting.

Calgary is full of secrets. One of them is the hidden Riley Park tree house, which has homed a small family for the last five years. Sadly, the residents of this dwelling had their quiet enjoyment of their property rudely interrupted. That's where we come in.... No job too big. No job too small. When your home is hit with the unexpected, give us a call.
