Who is right? After a 1 year rental agreement, the tenant and landlord drafts up another 1 year extension. Price goes up $100, last month is not applied. However, tenant gives landlord notice to move 2 months after, then moves out 60 days later. Landlord is holding the tenant responsible for the remaining 8 months for breach of contract. Tenant claims the 60 day notice was given, they’re all good.... A. Landlord is right, sue the tenant B. Tenant is right, landlord has no case C. Only the court will tell D. Both are wrong
